R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, Bill and Leila Seal of Midland recently celebrated
 1-2     their 50th wedding anniversary, and this golden milestone is truly
 1-3     worthy of special recognition; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, United in matrimony on November 24, 1950, Mr. Seal
 1-5     and the former Leila Eunice Baucum have shared a loving union
 1-6     blessed with four children, Brad, Jeff, Craig, and Sally; and
 1-7           WHEREAS, In 1954, they moved to Midland where Mr. Seal worked
 1-8     in the oil exploration business while Mrs. Seal has been employed
 1-9     in the travel business; the Seals are valued congregants at the
1-10     Trinity Episcopal Church; and
1-11           WHEREAS, For half a century this joyous couple have enjoyed
1-12     an enduring union filled with many happy times and cherished family
1-13     memories, and it is indeed a privilege to honor them at this time;
1-14     now, therefore, be it
1-15           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 77th Texas
1-16     Legislature hereby congratulate Bill and Leila Seal on the occasion
1-17     of their 50th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best
1-18     wishes for the future; and, be it further
1-19           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
1-20     prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Seal as an expression of high regard by
1-21     the Texas House of Representatives.
