R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, After meeting on a blind date, Lisa Hopson Cohen and
 1-2     Anthony Lee Harris are being united in matrimony at the Central
 1-3     Baptist Church of Jacksonville on July 14, 2001; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, The daughter of Nancy Hopson and State
 1-5     Representative Chuck Hopson and his wife Billie Hopson, Ms. Cohen
 1-6     graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1989 with a
 1-7     degree in home economics and is employed as a patient
 1-8     representative at Mother Francis Hospital; and
 1-9           WHEREAS, Mr. Harris is the son of Virginia and the late Grady
1-10     Harris, and is also a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State
1-11     University, earning bachelor's degrees in business and political
1-12     science in 1984 and in education in 1989; he is on staff with the
1-13     Jacksonville Independent School District as the girls athletic
1-14     director; and
1-15           WHEREAS, The marriage of two people is a beautiful and joyous
1-16     event that marks the beginning of a union filled with limitless
1-17     possibilities, and it is a privilege to honor this devoted couple
1-18     as they embark on a bright and promising future as husband and
1-19     wife; now, therefore, be it
1-20           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 77th Texas
1-21     Legislature hereby congratulate Lisa Hopson Cohen and Anthony Lee
1-22     Harris on the occasion of their wedding and extend to them sincere
1-23     best wishes for a rich and rewarding marriage; and, be it further
1-24           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 2-1     prepared  for Ms. Cohen and Mr. Harris as an expression of high
 2-2     regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
