                                 R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, May 15, 2001, was a day of special significance in
 1-2     the lives of Christopher G. and Vickie Lynn Pickett, for on that
 1-3     day their daughter, Christal Lynn, gave birth to an adorable baby
 1-4     boy named Chrystofer Anthony Pickett; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, Chrystofer weighed in at 7 pounds, 12 ounces, when
 1-6     he was born at 11:39 a.m., and his long-awaited arrival has brought
 1-7     great joy to the family's extensive circle of relatives and
 1-8     friends; blessed with the support of his many loved ones, who also
 1-9     include his great-grandparents, Glen and Phyllis Pickett and
1-10     Everett and Ana Thorpe, Chrystofer can indeed look forward to a
1-11     bright and promising future; and
1-12           WHEREAS, The birth of a child is always a momentous event,
1-13     and it is a pleasure to formally announce the birth of this
1-14     handsome new citizen and to honor his delighted family; now,
1-15     therefore, be it
1-16           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 77th Texas
1-17     Legislature hereby congratulate Christopher G. and Vickie Lynn
1-18     Pickett on the birth of their grandson, Chrystofer Anthony Pickett,
1-19     and extend to them sincere best wishes for much happiness in the
1-20     years to come; and, be it further
1-21           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
1-22     prepared for the Picketts as an expression of high regard by the
1-23     Texas House of Representatives.
