R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, Julie Rivers Howard Drenner recently graduated from
 1-2     Oak Brook College of Law and passed the California State Bar; and
 1-3           WHEREAS, After attending undergraduate school at Southern
 1-4     Methodist University, she married George Blair Drenner; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, Mrs. Drenner made Representative Charlie Howard and
 1-6     wife Jo Howard the proud grandparents of two boys, Ashton Rivers
 1-7     Taylor Drenner and Keaton Rivers Ashworth Drenner; and
 1-8           WHEREAS, While maintaining a growing family and home
 1-9     schooling her two young children, she concurrently enrolled and
1-10     graduated from Oak Brook College of Law with a Juris Doctorate
1-11     Degree; and
1-12           WHEREAS, Mrs. Drenner passed the California State Bar upon
1-13     her first attempt while simultaneously preparing to give birth to
1-14     Ansley Rivers Drenner; now, therefore, be it
1-15           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 77th Texas
1-16     Legislature hereby congratulate Mrs. Julie Rivers Howard Drenner on
1-17     graduating from the Oak Brook College of Law and subsequently
1-18     passing the California State Bar and extend to her our sincere best
1-19     wishes for great success and happiness in the years to come; and,
1-20     be it further
1-21           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
1-22     prepared for Mrs. Julie Rivers Howard Drenner as an expression of
1-23     high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
