1-7 AN ACT
1-8 relating to the names of certain entities within The University of
1-9 Texas System.
1-10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1-11 SECTION 1. Subsection (a), Section 65.02, Education Code, is
1-12 amended to read as follows:
1-13 (a) The University of Texas System is composed of the
1-14 following institutions and entities:
1-15 (1) The University of Texas at Arlington, including:
1-16 (A) The University of Texas Institute of Urban
1-17 Studies at Arlington; and
