 1-9                                   AN ACT
1-10     relating to validating certain actions and the boundaries of the
1-11     Acton Municipal Utility District.
1-12           BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1-13           SECTION 1.  DEFINITION.  In this Act, "district" means the
1-14     Acton Municipal Utility District.
1-15           SECTION 2.  VALIDATION.  The following actions and
1-16     annexations of the district are validated and confirmed as if the
1-17     actions and annexations had been done as authorized by law:
1-18                 (1)  any resolution, order, or other act or attempted
1-19     act of the board of directors of the district relating to an
1-20     annexation by the district taken before the effective date of this
1-21     Act; and
1-22                 (2)  any annexation by the district since its creation.
1-23           SECTION 3.  VALIDATION OF BOUNDARIES.  The following
1-24     boundaries of the district are validated as the legal boundaries of
1-25     the district:
1-26     MARTIN SUBDIVISION-(includes Victorian Place and Thistle Ridge
