State, 12 S.W.3d 6 1-9 (Tex. 1999), Cyral and Patricia Farley are the rightful owners of 1-10 the following real property and premises, extending to the banks of 1-11 the Canadian River, located in Hutchinson County, Texas: 1-12 (a) All of Section 55, Block 46, H.&T.C. RR Survey, 1-13 Hutchinson County, Texas, save and except: 1-14 A 44.7 acre tract in Section 55, Block 46, H&TC RR 1-15 Survey, Hutchinson County, Texas. Said tract being 1-16 more particularly described as follows: 1-17 Beginning at a 1 1/4 inch rod marking the southeast 1-18 corner of said Section 55; 1-19 Thence N 89 47' 14" W along the south line of said 1-20 Section 55 a distance of 2638.0 feet; 1-21 Thence N 1 21' E along a barbed wire fence a distance 1-22 of 48.7 feet; 1-23 Thence 62 34' E along a barbed wire fence a distance 1-24 of 2930.2 feet; 1-25 Thence N 61 42' E along a barbed wire fence a distance 1-26 of 47.1 feet; 1-27 Thence S 0 12' 46" W along the east line of said 1-28 Section 55 a distance of 1430.7 feet to the point of 1-29 beginning. 1-30 (b) All of Sections 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60, all in Block 46, 1-31 H.&T.C.
