1-1 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 1-2 WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1057 has passed the Texas Senate and 1-3 the Texas House of Representatives and is now in the office of the 1-4 governor; and 1-5 WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate and 1-6 the house of representatives is necessary; now, therefore, be it 1-7 RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature, That the governor be hereby 1-8 requested to return Senate Bill No. 1057 to the senate for further 1-9 consideration; and, be it further 1-10 RESOLVED, That the action of the president of the senate and 1-11 the speaker of the house of representatives in signing Senate Bill 1-12 No. 1057 be declared null and void and that the two presiding 1-13 officers be authorized to remove their signatures from the enrolled 1-14 bill. _______________________________ _______________________________ President of the Senate Speaker of the House I hereby certify that S.C.R.
