 1-1                        SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-2           WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1672 has passed the Texas Senate and
 1-3     the Texas House of Representatives and is now in the office of the
 1-4     governor; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate and
 1-6     the house of representatives is necessary; now, therefore, be it
 1-7           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-8     the governor be hereby requested to return Senate Bill No. 1672 to
 1-9     the house for further consideration; and, be it further
1-10           RESOLVED, That the action of the President of the Senate and
1-11     the Speaker of the House in signing Senate Bill No. 1672 be
1-12     declared null and void and that the two presiding officers be
1-13     authorized to remove their signatures from the enrolled bill.
