1-1                        SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-2           WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 43 has passed the senate and the
 1-3     house of representatives and is being prepared for enrollment; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be
 1-5     corrected; now, therefore, be it
 1-6           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-7     the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to correct Senate
 1-8     Bill No. 43 as follows:
 1-9           In SECTION 5 of the bill, in Section 32.053, Human Resources
1-10     Code, as added by House Floor Amendment No. 1 (2nd Reading), strike
1-11     "Texas Health Steps Comprehensive Care Program" and substitute
1-12     "Texas Health Steps program".
