1-1                        SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-2           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3152 has been adopted by the house of
 1-3     representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
 1-4     enrollment; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be
 1-6     corrected; now, therefore, be it
 1-7           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-8     the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
 1-9     to correct House Bill No. 3152, in Subsection (d), Section 241.101,
1-10     Health and Safety Code, as added by the Senate Amendment by Brown,
1-11     in the first sentence, by striking "Section 154" and substituting
1-12     "Chapter 154".
