1-1                        SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-2           WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 310 has been adopted by the senate
 1-3     and the house of representatives and is being prepared for
 1-4     enrollment; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
 1-6     corrected; now, therefore, be it
 1-7           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-8     the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to correct Senate
 1-9     Bill No. 310 as follows:
1-10           (1)  In SECTION 12 of the bill, amended Section 89.011,
1-11     Natural Resources Code, strike Subsection (d).
1-12           (2)  In SECTION 12 of the bill, proposed Subsection (e),
1-13     Section 89.011, Natural Resources Code, strike "(e)" and substitute
1-14     "(d)".
1-15           (3)  In SECTION 77 of the bill, between Subsections (a) and
1-16     (b), insert the following subsection and reletter the subsequent
1-17     subsections accordingly:
1-18           (b)  The changes in law made by Section 89.011, Natural
1-19     Resources Code, as amended by this Act, apply only to a well
1-20     plugged on or after the effective date of this Act.
