                                CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 310 has been adopted by the senate
 1-2     and the house of representatives and is being prepared for
 1-3     enrollment; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
 1-5     corrected; now, therefore, be it
 1-6           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-7     the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to correct Senate
 1-8     Bill No. 310 as follows:
 1-9           (1)  In SECTION 12 of the bill, amended Section 89.011,
1-10     Natural Resources Code, strike Subsection (d).
1-11           (2)  In SECTION 12 of the bill, proposed Subsection (e),
1-12     Section 89.011, Natural Resources Code, strike "(e)" and substitute
1-13     "(d)".
1-14           (3)  In SECTION 77 of the bill, between Subsections (a) and
1-15     (b), insert the following subsection and reletter the subsequent
1-16     subsections accordingly:
1-17           (b)  The changes in law made by Section 89.011, Natural
1-18     Resources Code, as amended by this Act, apply only to a well
1-19     plugged on or after the effective date of this Act.
