S.C.R. No. 77
    1-1                        SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-2           WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 2 has been adopted by the house of
    1-3     representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
    1-4     enrollment; and
    1-5           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
    1-6     corrected; now, therefore, be it
    1-7           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
    1-8     the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to correct Senate
    1-9     Bill No. 2 in SECTION 10.08 of the bill, by striking "Act" each
   1-10     time it occurs and substituting "article".
