 1-3           WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is happy to
 1-4     recognize Todd Niccum and Sandlin Louise Reed on the joyful
 1-5     occasion of their marriage; and
 1-6           WHEREAS, Born March 19, 1975, Sandlin is the daughter
 1-7     of Sally Sandlin Reed and Jerry Reed; after graduating from
 1-8     Austin High School in 1993, she earned her degree at
 1-9     Saint Edward's University and now works as an account executive
1-10     at Digital Island; and
1-11           WHEREAS, Todd Niccum was born August 25, 1974, in
1-12     Fairmont, Minnesota, to Edward Niccum and Joyce Kaufmann Niccum;
1-13     after attending Westlake High School, Todd went on to graduate from
1-14     The University of Texas at Austin and currently works as an office
1-15     engineer for Hensel Phelps Construction Company; and
1-16           WHEREAS, This happy couple first met when they were high
1-17     school students; Todd and Sandlin will be joined in matrimony
1-18     on Saturday, April 28, 2001; and
1-19           WHEREAS, Their families, relatives, and friends will help
1-20     Todd and Sandlin celebrate their lifelong commitment during
1-21     evening festivities held at the Reed's Sombrilla Ranch in
1-22     Cypress Mill, Texas; and
 2-1           WHEREAS, Parents of both the bride and groom are excited to
 2-2     see their children exchange vows, and friends of the couple are
 2-3     elated to witness Todd and Sandlin begin their new life together;
 2-4     and
 2-5           WHEREAS, The union of two fine individuals is indeed cause
 2-6     for grand celebration, and Todd and Sandlin are a most worthy
 2-7     couple; now, therefore, be it
 2-8           RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
 2-9     77th Legislature, hereby honor Todd Niccum and Sandlin Louise Reed
2-10     on the event of their marriage and express sincere wishes to them
2-11     for much happiness in their future; and, be it further
2-12           RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
2-13     this distinguished couple as an expression of best wishes from
2-14     the Texas Senate.
