 1-2                          SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 598
 1-3           WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 21, 2001, will be a day long
 1-4     cherished and remembered by Susan and Jon Snare for on that
 1-5     day their son, Jonathan Lee Snare, Jr., was born; and
 1-6           WHEREAS, Weighing seven pounds and 10 ounces at birth and
 1-7     measuring 20 inches in length, this strapping baby boy fulfilled
 1-8     his parents' dearest wish by his arrival at 7:54 a.m.; and
 1-9           WHEREAS, The new parents are filled with joy over this
1-10     long-awaited infant who has already found a permanent place
1-11     in their hearts; and
1-12           WHEREAS, Nathan has already brought a great deal of
1-13     happiness to his family and friends and has been heartily
1-14     welcomed into the Snare household after much anticipation; and
1-15           WHEREAS, This fine young man has won a place in many hearts,
1-16     and it is appropriate that the Texas Senate welcome this new
1-17     Texan to the illustrious ranks of the citizenry of the Lone Star
1-18     State; now, therefore, be it
1-19           RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
 2-1     77th Legislature, hereby congratulate Susan and Jon Snare on
 2-2     their recent family addition and honor Jonathan Lee Snare, Jr.,
 2-3     as one of the newest and most distinguished citizens of the
 2-4     State of Texas; and, be it further
 2-5           RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
 2-6     Susan and Jon Snare and their fine son, Jonathan Lee Snare, Jr.,
 2-7     as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate with best
 2-8     wishes for much future happiness.
