 1-2                          SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 633
 1-3           WHEREAS, Sunday, March 25, 2001, will be a day long
 1-4     cherished and remembered for David and Shannon Windham of
 1-5     Clifton for on that day their daughter, Sydney Lauren Windham,
 1-6     was born; and
 1-7           WHEREAS, Weighing eight pounds and two ounces at birth
 1-8     and measuring 21 inches, this beautiful baby girl fulfilled her
 1-9     parents' dearest wish by her arrival at 7:45 a.m., and they are
1-10     glowing with pride over their new daughter; and
1-11           WHEREAS, Sydney has already brought a great deal of
1-12     happiness to her family and friends and has been heartily
1-13     welcomed into the Windham household by her brothers,
1-14     Wayne and J.D.; and
1-15           WHEREAS, A bright and happy baby who has brought sunshine
1-16     into the lives of all who know her, Sydney is a promising child
1-17     who will surely find fulfillment in life; and
1-18           WHEREAS, It is appropriate that the Texas Senate
1-19     welcome this newborn little girl as a treasured citizen of
1-20     the State of Texas; now, therefore, be it
 2-1           RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
 2-2     77th Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to the new
 2-3     parents, David and Shannon Windham, and warm greetings to
 2-4     Sydney Lauren Windham with best wishes for much future
 2-5     happiness; and, be it further
 2-6           RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared
 2-7     for Mr. and Mrs. Windham and their daughter, Sydney Lauren,
 2-8     as an expression of best wishes from the Texas Senate.
