 1-2                          SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 938
 1-3           WHEREAS, Elsie Angele of Houston is retiring from the
 1-4     Prime Site community association management company, bringing
 1-5     to a close 20 years of loyal service to the company; and
 1-6           WHEREAS, Elsie Angele began her outstanding career in
 1-7     property management in 1976 in New York as a bookkeeper and
 1-8     manager; she earned her real estate license from New York
 1-9     University and later attained certification as an association
1-10     management specialist; and
1-11           WHEREAS, Today a vice president and the firm's most senior
1-12     association manager, she joined the Prime Site team in Houston
1-13     in 1981, performing myriad duties that included bookkeeping,
1-14     management, and being an on-call responder; and
1-15           WHEREAS, Deeply committed to her profession, she has
1-16     successfully completed a number of classes offered by the
1-17     Community Associations Institute and volunteers with local
1-18     chapter committees geared to newsletters and membership, among
1-19     others; and
1-20           WHEREAS, Elsie Angele has been an exceptional asset to
 2-1     the Prime Site organization for the past two decades, and it
 2-2     is indeed a pleasure to pay tribute to her for her outstanding
 2-3     professional achievements; now, therefore, be it
 2-4           RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
 2-5     77th Legislature, hereby recognize Elsie Angele on the occasion
 2-6     of her retirement from Prime Site and extend to her best wishes
 2-7     as she embarks on a new phase in her life; and, be it further
 2-8           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be
 2-9     prepared for her as an expression of high regard from the
2-10     Texas Senate.
