The Office of the Attorney General indicates that any costs it incurs
associated with the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the
agency's existing resources. The Department of Health (TDH) indicates
it anticipates no fiscal impact. This estimate assumed that any costs
TDH may incur associated with the provisions of the bill could be
absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
