The bill would require certain sex offenders released on parole or
mandatory supervision to not reside in a residence within 500 feet of a
premises where children frequently gather.  The bill would require that
certain sex offenders granted community supervision not reside in a
residence within 300 feet of a premises where children frequently
gather.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
