Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. The University of North Texas would be allowed to charge each student registered at the university a medical services fee not to exceed $75 instead of $25 for each semester of the regular term or 12-week summer session and not to exceed $37.50 instead of $12.50 for each six-week or shorter term of the summer session. Since this fee is an auxiliary fee, there would be no impact on general revenue.
