(This fiscal note revision clarifies the statement regarding the
auxiliary nature of the student fees addressed by the bill.)
An increase in the Medical Services Fees would generate additional funds
for Texas Woman's University. However, these fees are auxiliary in
nature and do not impact state appropriations.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
