The bill would amend the Penal Code by preventing prosecution of various
gambling offenses permitted under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.  The
bill would apply to activity conducted on the premises of Indian tribes
or tribal organizations recognized by the federal government.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
