The bill would provide for income withholding for spousal maintenance.
  
Local Government Impact
  
House Bill 691 would not have a signficant impact on units of local
government.  District clerks report that the additional fee revenue
generated by the bill will cover the costs of additional expenses
incurred to institute the new services outlined in the bill.
