The bill would include engaging in voluntary acts of public lewdness as
described by Section 21.07, Penal Code and engaging in voluntary acts of
indecent exposure, as described by Section 21.08, Penal Code to the
definition of public nuisance.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
