The bill amends current law regarding compensatory education and
accelerated instruction, the use of the compensatory education
allotment, and the data reporting requirements for at-risk student
populations.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.

The bill could have fiscal consequences to local school districts.  It is
possible that current determinations of at-risk students would be
modified in certain districts, and that the certain services could be
