The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to provide for
instances when a motion for summary judgment, special appearance or plea
to the jurisdiction is not subject to an automatic stay.  The bill would
further provide that parties must agree to an order for interlocutory
appeal in a civil action.
