complex fees charged at institutions in The Texas A&M

* auxiliary in nature and do not impact state appropriations. *

If passed, this bill would allow an increase in the Student Center
Complex Fee at institutions of The Texas A&M University System.
The estimated increase in revenue for the fee is $6,800,000 in the first
year increasing to $11,000,000 in year six. However, this fee is
auxiliary in nature and does not impact State appropriations.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
