The Sunset Commission must report the results of its study and its recommendations to the presiding officer of each house of the legislature, to the Senate Jurisprudence Committee, and to the House Committee on Judicial Affairs not later than November 1, 2002. Methodology The Sunset Commission estimates they will need two additional staff to study the district boundaries of the state courts of appeals plus their associated costs, travel, and production costs. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
