This bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to create a direct wine
shipper s permit. Potential tax and fee revenue gains would be
contingent on the number of new permit holders and are estimated not to
be significant.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
