Technology Impact
  
This bill would require programming changes to the Texas Ethics
Commission's database .  There would also be cost for reporduction and
distribution of electronic filing software.  The cost of the programming
and software reproduction would be $2,840.
  
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
