Fiscal Analysis
  
The bill would require the Department of Agriculture to develop a grant
program for non-profit organizations to collect and distribute surplus
agricultural products to food banks and other charitable organizations
that serve needy or low-income individuals.

Costs identified in this fiscal note would be used to provide grants to
eligible recipients.
