for providing health care services in public schools.),

The bill requires the Department of Health to adopt rules setting
standards for providing health care services to school age children in
the public schools The bill creates an advisory committee to assist the
Board of Health in development of the standards.
School districts are required to consider, but are not required to adopt,
the minimum standards.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
