The bill would amend the Probate Code in relation to the probate and
administration of a decedent's estate by removing the requirement of
having an applicant's social security number on the application to
probate the will as a muniment of title. Further, the bill would
provide that when a claim or a part thereof has been rejected by the
representative, the claimant shall institute suit thereon in the court
of original probate jurisdiction in which the estate is pending.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
