The bill would require an officer of a political party to disclose each
contact the officer has with a judge of this state in regard to a
judicial proceeding pending before that judge that occurs outside of an
official proceeding conducted by the judge.

The bill would require the disclosure to be filed and available for
public inspection in the records of the proceeding.
