The provision requiring the addition of information on campus non-completers to the campus report card would add an estimated one page to the current report card length. The additional cost to school districts to print and distribute the larger report card to the parents of all 1,096,580 high school students is based on $.03 a page, for a statewide total of $32,897. School districts may incur a small amount of additional cost in tracking down parents of students that have dropped out and distributing the campus non-completer information to them.
