Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.

Costs for a county bordering on the Gulf of Mexico to implement an
ordinance prohibiting use or possession o f aerial fireworks on a beach
in the unincorporated area of the county would be incurred for creating
and posting signs regarding the ordinance. Costs of enforcement would
be absorbed as part of the regular duties for enforcing ordinances.
