fireworks by certain counties; providing a criminal

The bill would increase regulatory authority of fireworks in certain
counties and would require the state fire marshal to send a copy of each
order received from a commissioners court to each licensed manufacturer,
distributor, and jobber in the affected county not later than the 30th
day after the date the fire marshal receives the order. A violation of a
fireworks regulation would be a Class C misdemeanor.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
