emergency communication district to provide emergency

The bill would authorize an emergency communication district to provide
an emergency siren warning service. A district that chooses to implement
a warning service would be allowed to charge fees sufficient to cover
the costs of implementing and operating the system.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
