FISCAL NOTE, 77th Regular Session
March 13, 2001
TO: Honorable Warren Chisum, Chair, House Committee on
Environmental Regulation
FROM: John Keel, Director, Legislative Budget Board
IN RE: HB1476 by Chisum (Relating to the creation of an
information link for state agencies with jurisdiction
over environmental and natural resources matters.), As
Introduced
**************************************************************************
* No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. *

Some agencies could experience administrative costs associated with
developing and maintaining an information link. However, these costs are
not expected to be significant. This estimate assumes that the River
Compact Commissions would establish and maintain an information link
through the Natural Resource Conservation Commission.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
