The bill would allow an individual to join a suit brought by a claimant
for personal injuries under certain circumstances.  The bill would allow
the individual joining in the suit to recover damages for expenses
incurred by the individual on behalf of the claimant.
  
Local Government Impact
  
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
