The bill would amend the Penal Code by enhancing the punishment for
certain intoxication offenses if shown on the trial of the offense that
at the time of the offense the person was operating a motor vehicle,
aircraft, or watercraft with a a passenger younger than 14 years of age
in the vehicle.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
