(Relating to the licensing requirements for labor halls in certain municipalities.), As Introduced ************************************************************************** * No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. * ************************************************************************** The bill would allow cities with a population of 100,000 or more, and with a majority of their territory located in a county with a population of 2.8 million or more, to establish stricter municipal licensing standards for labor halls than those required by Chapter 92, Subchapter C, of the Labor Code.
