               receives after being furloughed or discharged from

The bill would amend Section 574, Court-Ordered Mental Health Services of
the Health and Safety Code by adding to the continuing care plan before
furlough or discharge the requirement that the plan address the
patient's mental health and physical needs by providing sufficient
medication to last until the patient can see a physician, if
appropriate.
