The bill would amend the Penal Code by adding to the conditions which
define sexual assault without the consent of the other person. The bill
would apply to an attorney who exploits a person's emotional dependency
on the attorney's professional character as a legal adviser.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
