manufacture of methamphetamine.), As Introduced

* No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. *

The bill would impose strict liability on a person who manufactures
methamphetamine in violation of the law. The bill would take effect
immediately upon a two-thirds vote of all members elected to each house
or on September 1, 2001 if the bill does not receive the required
two-thirds vote.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
