A devise or bequest of property in a will to an attorney who prepares or
supervises the preparation of the will is not void if the devise or
bequest is made to a person who is the testator's spouse, an ascendant
or descendant of the testator, or is related within the third degree by
consanguinity or affinity to the testator.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
