Local Government Impact

The bill would require a municipality or a county to make a reasonable
effort to accommodate an employee of the municipality or county who is
determined by a physician to be partially physically restricted by a
pregnancy, including, if necessary providing the employee with a
temporary work assignment if they are unable to perform their usual
duties.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
