* No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. *

The bill would eliminate any requirements that a member of the governing
board of a state agency that issues a license or regulates a business,
occupation, or profession be a member of a private trade association.
The bill would not apply to the Texas Energy Resource Council if it is
created during the regular session of the 77th Legislature.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
