Methodology The Health and Human Services Commission assumes that implementing the provisions of this bill would result in coverage of 207 infants in 2002, 152 infants in 2003, 155 infants in 2004 and 2005, and 156 in 2006, for three months each. Three months are assumed to cover the one month retroactive from date of application and two months it takes to become enrolled in the Children's Health Insurance Program. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
